How does OFFCUT work?
You send us your raw clips, and you receive a finished, post-ready video. Every edit includes precise pacing and cuts, a cinematic color grade, title cards, and sound work.
How long does delivery take?
Our draft target is 24 to 48 hours after intake. Monthly Retainer clients receive priority turnaround.
How many revisions are included?
One revision round is included with each edit.
What is the founding guarantee?
If the first draft of your first Single Edit misses the style we agreed on, you may choose one full restyle or a refund. The guarantee applies to a first Single Edit.
What does the Monthly Retainer include?
Up to 12 professionally edited short-form videos per month, billed monthly, with priority turnaround.
Does OFFCUT provide trading advice?
No. OFFCUT is an editing service only. We do not provide trading signals or profit guarantees.
DeskPilot FAQ
What does DeskPilot Setup include?
Setup builds your business a complete front-desk system: a booking and FAQ assistant for your business, review reply handling, and a missed-call follow-up system. Setup includes full configuration, testing, and handoff, so your system is ready to use from day one. Monthly management is available separately and is not included in the setup fee.
What does the monthly plan include?
Ongoing monitoring of your assistant, answer updates as your business changes, review reply handling, and a monthly report on the bookings and questions your system handled, including the bookings it saved for you.
What is the DeskPilot Quarter?
Three months of DeskPilot management, prepaid in a single payment. Prepaying for the quarter locks in your rate and removes monthly invoicing. Monthly reports are included.
How is the monthly plan billed?
The monthly plan is billed monthly.
Can I cancel DeskPilot?
Yes. The monthly plan is month to month. You may cancel at any time by email; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges are made after that period. The prepaid Quarter runs to the end of the prepaid quarter and does not renew unless you ask us to continue it. The setup fee pays for the build of your system: if we are unable to launch your front desk, the setup fee is refunded in full; once your system is live, the setup fee is not refundable. The Saved Bookings Guarantee applies during any paid period.
Digital Delivery Note (Digital Studio products)
Digital Studio products are delivered by email after purchase. Your files are sent to the email address used at checkout within 24 hours of purchase, and usually much sooner. The Trade Journal and Risk Dashboard, Session Review System, and Prop Firm Rule Tracker are spreadsheet files, and the All Access Pass includes every Digital Studio product in one collection.
