OFFCUT Single Edit: Under the founding guarantee, if the first draft of your first Single Edit misses the style we agreed on, you may choose one full restyle or a refund.
OFFCUT packs: Unused edits in a pack are refundable within 14 days of purchase if no work has begun on them. Once an edit has been delivered, that edit is covered by its included revision round rather than a refund.
OFFCUT Retainer and Content Engine: Billed monthly. You may cancel at any time by email, effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees for the current period are not refundable once work has begun in that period.

Digital Studio downloads: Because the files are delivered digitally, sales are final once the files are delivered, except for a duplicate purchase or a file that is defective or cannot be opened; in those cases we will replace the file or refund the purchase within 14 days.
Merchandise: Items are printed to order by our production partner. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, contact us within 30 days with a photo of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. Because each item is made to order, we cannot offer refunds for a change of mind.
