Session Review System

The trades are only half the record. The Session Review System is the other half: a structured post-session review workbook that grades how you traded, not just what you made.

After every session, you score yourself on the Session Scorecard: whether a written plan existed before entry, how closely you followed it, an execution grade, and a rule break count. Every mistake goes into the Error Log the same day, tagged by category, with its dollar cost, root cause, and the corrective action you commit to. The Error Log counts your errors by category automatically, so your most expensive habit is a number, not a suspicion. The Weekly Review rolls each week up for you: sessions traded, net P&L, clean sessions, total rule breaks, average plan adherence, and error cost. Anything that repeats moves to the Lessons Tracker, where it becomes a written rule with a status and a review date.
